    Therapy is always tailored to the individual, couple, or family - whether we’re working on managing anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating relationships or supporting a child’s emotional development.

    For younger clients, I offer play-based therapy that helps children express themselves in developmentally appropriate ways, fostering emotional growth through creativity and connection.

  • Parenting can be deeply rewarding - and incredibly challenging. Whether you’re navigating challenging behavioural concerns, emotional regulation, school stress, major life transitions with your child or teen, or the unique needs of a neurodivergent child, parent consultation offers compassionate and practical support and guidance to help you feel more grounded and effective in your parenting.

    I work with parents facing a range of issues, including:

    • supporting children and teens with ADHD, anxiety or mood challenges

    • understanding emotional and developmental needs

    • navigating co-parenting dynamics during separation and divorce

    • improving communication, boundaries, and connection at home.

    These sessions are not therapy for your child, but a space for you as the parent to reflect and explore explore parenting strategies, communication tools, and developmental insights to help you respond to your child with confidence and clarity. These sessions are focused on empowering you as a caregiver - strengthening your ability to support your child while caring for yourself in the process.

  • I offer comprehensive psychoeducational and mental health assessments to clarify diagnoses, guide treatment planning, and support academic or occupational success. Assessments are tailored to each individual’s needs and may explore cognitive abilities, academic skills, attention, executive functioning, mood, behaviour and emotional well-being.

  • When parents face significant disputes over child custody, access or parenting arrangements, the Court may order psychological assessments under Practice Note 7 (PN7) or Practice Note 8 (PN8) in Alberta. I offer PN7 assessments including:

    I also offer comprehensive evaluations of parenting time and parenting responsibilities under Practice Note 8 (PN8)

    Focus in court ordered assessments is to provide both families and the Court with information that promotes healing for all family members as they navigate a new family structure.
